THE GIN CLAB: AVAILABLE IN 70 CL BOTTLE – 40% VOL
- Alcohol used: Wheat
- Distiller used: Rotavapor Buchi
- Distillation temperature: 35° C
- Botanicals used: Juniper, Almond, Carob, Licorice, Angelica, Citrus, Coriander, Pink Grapefruit, Sichuan Pepper.
NOTES:
On the nose, juniper and pink grapefruit continue to chase each other, sichuan pepper is the vibration capable of shuffling the cards.
A strong nose, warm, intriguing and at the same time with incredible balance. The background notes are of an elegant root.
The first moment in the mouth is round and dry at the same time, then comes the warm, pungent juniper in balance with the citrus and root flavors. The finish is dry with an elegant bitter note.
USAGE:
Ours is a true craft gin, it is rich and the flavors come out overwhelmingly! So if we think of it in a gin and tonic (1 part gin – 2 parts tonic water) it is perfect, incredible.
It is sublime when compared to classic London dry.
In a Collins it is crazy (30 lime juice, 20 granulated sugar, 50 The Gin Clab, 50 soda, pink grapefruit twist).
